A Cat.6A S/FTP solid LSOH patch cord in grey, 30, 50, 70, or 90 meters, is a double-shielded ethernet cable that can provide speeds of up to 10 gigabits per second (Gb/s). The "solid" wire construction is optimal for long-distance horizontal network runs and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications.
S/FTP: This refers to the shielding of the cable. S/FTP means that each twisted pair is individually wrapped in a foil shield, and there is an overall braid shield around all the pairs. This design provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen): The cable jacket is made from a fire-retardant material that emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogens when exposed to high heat or fire. This makes it a requirement for installations in poorly ventilated areas or public buildings.
